Take the next step in your speech-language pathology career supporting elementary and middle school students near Fort Worth, TX. This part-time contract opportunity provides the perfect chance to make a meaningful difference with a manageable caseload while maintaining work-life balance.
As an SLP-CCC, you’ll deliver high-quality services to a caseload of 19 students ranging from kindergarten through seventh grade. This assignment calls for approximately 5 hours per week, structured as two sessions of 2.5 hours each—making it ideal for professionals seeking flexibility or an additional placement alongside a current schedule.
Desired Qualifications:
- Hold a valid Speech-Language Pathology license in Texas
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) required
- Experience working in school settings with K-7 populations
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with educators and families
- Organized, compassionate, and able to tailor interventions to individual student needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language services to K-7 students, addressing a variety of communication needs
- Collaborate with general and special education staff to support students' IEP goals
- Maintain clear and timely documentation of student progress and interventions
- Engage in IEP process as required, participating in meetings and goal development
- Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment for all students on your caseload
