Job Description Job Description Experienced Orthodontic Assistant (Part-Time) Family Orthodontics – Cumming, GA Family Orthodontics is seeking an experienced Orthodontic Assistant to join our team in Cumming, Georgia . Schedule: Part-Time. 3 days per week. 7:15 AM – 4:30 PM. Responsibilities: Assist the orthodontist with patient care and clinical procedures. Prepare treatment rooms and maintain a clean, organized clinical environment. Take digital X-rays, photographs, and impressions/scans as needed. Educate patients on orthodontic treatment and home care. Maintain accurate patient records and charting. Ensure compliance with infection control and sterilization protocols. Qualifications: Previous orthodontic assisting experience is required. Excellent communication and patient care skills. Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment. Positive attitude, reliability, and professionalism. Knowledge of orthodontic procedures, appliances, and clinical workflows. Important: Applicants without prior orthodontic assisting experience will not be considered.
