As an Inventory Management Specialist, you'll help keep our manufacturing operation running efficiently by ensuring materials are received, managed, and delivered accurately to support production.

When will you work?

• The hours for this position are Monday Friday, 7:00 AM 3:30 PM.

What you'll do:

• Receive, inspect, and process incoming raw materials and inventory.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and complete ERP inventory transactions.
• Support inventory control processes and established inventory management procedures.
• Perform light-to-medium material handling, moving products and components throughout the facility as needed.
• Conduct cycle counts and help ensure inventory accuracy.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies, shortages, and material variances while supporting KPI tracking and continuous improvement efforts.
• Process rejected materials and maintain required documentation.
• Issue materials to production and process material returns.
• Notify the Quality team upon receipt of cGMP-regulated shipments.
• Lead material sanitization activities within controlled manufacturing areas.
• Support annual physical inventories.
• Assist with additional departmental responsibilities as business needs evolve.
• Build strong working relationships across Production, Quality, and Operations teams.
• Demonstrate flexibility while managing changing priorities in a regulated manufacturing environment.

What you've done:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree is a plus.
• At least 1 year of experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
• Working knowledge of cGMP regulations and standards.
• Experience processing materials within an ERP system.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency with inventory management and shipping software.
• APICS/CPIM certification is highly desired.
• DOT HazMat training is a plus.
• Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, or other material handling equipment is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 49 pounds and stand for extended periods as needed.

Pay Range

$24 - $26 USD
