Family Resource Navigator & Community Connector

Akin (formerly Children's Home Society of Washington + Childhaven)

Akin is seeking a Family Navigator to serve as the central contact for community members accessing Akin Family Resource Centers or community access points. The role assesses needs, plans with families, and connects them to Akin programs and community resources using the Pathways Framework to strengthen families and promote equity.
