Position Overview

We are seeking a hardworking, dependable Driller Helper to join our field crew. This position supports the lead driller in daily operations and requires frequent travel to job sites across Texas and surrounding states. If you’re mechanically inclined, comfortable working outdoors, and ready to put in long days when needed, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Assist the driller with setup, operation, and breakdown of drilling equipment
Load and unload tools, materials, and supplies
Maintain and clean drilling equipment and job sites
Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times
Perform general labor duties as assigned
Travel to various job sites (overnight stays required)

Qualifications

Must be 18+ years old
Valid driver’s license (CDL is a plus)
Ability to pass a drug test
Strong work ethic and reliability
Ability to lift 75+ lbs and work in outdoor conditions (heat, cold, wind)
Mechanical or construction experience preferred but not required
