Some of the various work scopes that we have include but are not limited to: Equipment inspections and repairs Internal engine repair 2 year PM experience Experience with Trailer repair We encourage our team to work professionally and be respectful to everyone. We also want our team to work in a safe workplace. We provide in-house training to technicians who want to further their knowledge regarding these different types of fields. Health Care SIPP Program Life Insurance Responsibilities Technicians must have good attendance and show a positive attitude. Technicians need to have their own tools and be ready to work at the beginning of the shift. Give detailed explanations of issues found on equipment and able to troubleshoot equipment failures. Meet deadlines on equipment needs and give updates to management if something unforeseen would delay the deadline. Use power tools and hand tools in a safe manner. Keep the work area clean and avoid safety issues around the work area. Qualifications Communication skills Class A or B Certification Preferred Dependability Positivity 2 years big rig experience Good troubleshooting skills Able to use power tools and hand tools to perform work. To follow safety guidelines and detailed work instructions. Able to work as a team and also able to work independently. Follow OSHA, DOT, guidelines and record necessary documentation records.
