- Lead investigations of injuries, near misses, environmental events, security incidents, and compliance nonconformances using structured root-cause methods.
- Develop, assign, track, and verify corrective and preventive actions to ensure sustainable risk reduction and timely closure.
- Analyze incident, audit, and operational data to identify trends and recommend controls based on the hierarchy of controls.

- Lead compliance and EHS audit schedules, communicate findings, and partner with accountable leaders to close actions effectively and on time.
- Coach leaders and employees on safe work practices, regulatory responsibilities, security expectations, and proactive hazard identification.
- Promote employee participation through safety committees, observations, near-miss reporting, recognition, and continuous-improvement initiatives.
Leadership & Cross-Functional Partnership
- Advise site leadership on material compliance risks, resource needs, and priorities, and escalate significant issues promptly.
- Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Maintenance, Quality, Human Resources, Facilities, Security, and corporate subject-matter experts to embed compliance into day-to-day operations and new initiatives.
- Manage external consultants, service providers, and vendors supporting EHS, environmental, security, or compliance programs, as needed.
