Data Management Analyst

Supporting high-quality HR operations in a remote capacity, the full-time Analyst, Data & Application Management will manage complex HR data transactions, maintain data integrity, and deliver insightful reporting to enhance service delivery across global HR platforms. Key responsibilities Execute complex HR data transactions and system activities while ensuring accuracy and compliance Maintain HR data integrity through audits, controls, and proactive discrepancy resolution Deliver timely reporting and data insights to support operational and business decision-making Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Data Analytics, Mathematics, Business Systems, Human Resources, or a related field 3-5 years of experience supporting business or HR systems, preferably including Workday Professional proficiency in English Experience with data management, reporting, and system administration Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
