About This Role

At Vicar’s Landing, we are expanding our Home Health services—and we’re looking for a Director of Home Health to lead the next phase of growth.

This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of operations, drive census growth, and build strong referral partnerships while delivering exceptional care to our members.

As Director of Home Health, you will oversee operations, drive referral growth, strengthen community partnerships, and lead a high-performing team focused on delivering exceptional care.  You will play a key role in shaping strategy, improving outcomes, and building a high-performing team. This is an opportunity to make a direct impact on both patient lives and organizational success.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and oversee daily operations of the Home Health Agency
• Drive business development and referral growth through community partnerships
• Develop and execute strategic, sales, and marketing plans
• Ensure clinical quality and regulatory compliance
• Manage financial performance, budgeting, and operational efficiency
• Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing clinical team

Must Have Skills

·         Experience leading and growing a Home Health agency

·         Strong business development and referral network experience

·         Knowledge of home health regulations and compliance

·         Financial and operational leadership experience

·         Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams

Nice to Have Skills

• Established relationships in the Jacksonville healthcare market
• Experience growing census in a competitive market
• Clinical background (RN or healthcare leadership experience)
