Job Summary We are seeking a motivated Marketing Assistant to support promotional campaigns, customer engagement, outreach, and business growth initiatives. This entry-level position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, communicating product information, and gaining hands-on experience in marketing and customer acquisition. Responsibilities Assist with promotional campaigns and customer engagement activities. Engage with customers and prospective customers during promotional initiatives. Communicate product and service information clearly and professionally. Support lead generation and customer acquisition activities. Participate in promotional events and community outreach. Assist with customer follow-ups and relationship-building efforts. Help organize promotional materials, displays, and campaign resources. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and promotional activities. Support customer-focused initiatives designed to increase awareness and interest. Collaborate with team members to achieve marketing and business objectives. Represent the company professionally during customer interactions. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Friendly, confident, and customer-focused personality. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Strong presentation and relationship-building abilities. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Goal-oriented and motivated to achieve results. Reliable, adaptable, and self-motivated. Previous marketing, sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, promotions, or event experience is a plus but not required.
