About the Role\n

259Rx is seeking a highly organized, accountable, and proactive Client Success & Project Delivery Manager to serve as a central link between our clients, business teams, and technical resources.

\n

This hybrid role combines client success, account management, project management, and Agile/Scrum leadership , with customer success as the primary objective.

\n

The ideal candidate is an exceptional self-starter who takes ownership of outcomes, anticipates issues before they become problems, and follows through on every commitment. You will be responsible for building strong client relationships while coordinating internal teams to ensure projects, implementations, and deliverables are completed accurately, professionally, and on schedule.

\n

This is not simply a project coordination role. We are looking for someone who can own the client experience, drive execution, reinforce accountability, and consistently turn plans and meetings into measurable results.

Key Responsibilities\n

Client Success & Account Management

\n

• Serve as the primary relationship and delivery contact for assigned clients and develop a deep understanding of their goals, priorities, concerns, and measures of success.

\n

• Own the client experience from onboarding and implementation through ongoing support, product adoption, retention, and account growth.

\n

• Proactively communicate project status, milestones, open decisions, risks, and next steps.

\n

• Ensure client questions, requests, and concerns are acknowledged promptly, tracked carefully, and resolved completely.

\n

• Identify potential client dissatisfaction, adoption barriers, and delivery risks early and coordinate corrective action before they affect the relationship.

\n

• Prepare and lead client meetings, including implementation discussions, project updates, training sessions, and follow-up communications.

\n

• Partner with leadership to identify opportunities for account expansion, additional services, and deeper client engagement.

\n

Project & Delivery Management

\n

• Own client projects from planning through completion, ensuring scope, responsibilities, milestones, dependencies, and deadlines are clearly defined.

\n

• Translate client requests and business priorities into clear requirements, actionable tasks, acceptance criteria, and measurable deliverables.

\n

• Coordinate across analytics, product, engineering, operations, and senior leadership to ensure priorities are understood and appropriately sequenced.

\n

• Maintain organized project plans, meeting notes, action-item logs, decision records, risks, and status updates.

\n

• Hold project participants accountable for responsibilities, quality expectations, and delivery deadlines.

\n

• Verify that completed work meets documented client requirements and has received appropriate internal review before delivery.

\n

• Respond rapidly and professionally to urgent client requests, production issues, market developments, and changing business priorities.

\n

Agile & Scrum Leadership

\n

• Lead Agile delivery activities, including daily standups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, retrospectives, and progress reviews.

\n

• Help ensure effective sprint execution, clear requirements, appropriate prioritization, and timely removal of delivery blockers.

\n

• Improve documentation, testing, release readiness, and overall delivery discipline.

Performance & Bonus Opportunity\n

This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus tied to clearly defined customer success and technology-delivery objectives.

\n

Customer success will represent the primary component of the incentive plan and may include:

\n

• Client satisfaction and relationship health

\n

• Client retention and renewals

\n

• Successful onboarding and implementation

\n

• Responsiveness and issue resolution

\n

• Product adoption and client engagement

\n

• Achievement of agreed client objectives

\n

• Accuracy, timeliness, and quality of deliverables

\n

• Identification of account growth opportunities

\n

A secondary component will be tied to technology, product-development, and operational execution, including successful delivery of development initiatives, client-driven enhancements, sprint execution, requirements quality, release readiness, and improvements in internal delivery efficiency.

\n

Specific objectives and bonus eligibility will be established for each performance period.

Minimum Qualifications\n

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.

\n

• 5+ years of experience in client success, account management, project management, implementation, business operations, or a related role.

\n

• Demonstrated experience managing client relationships, projects, deadlines, stakeholders, and competing priorities.

\n

• Experience translating client and business needs into clear requirements and deliverables.

\n

• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

\n

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

\n

• Proven ability to work independently, take initiative, and carry responsibilities through to verified completion.

\n

• Ability to work full-time on-site at our Woodcliff Lake, New Jersey office.

We are especially interested in candidates with experience in one or more of the following:

• Agile software development and Scrum leadership

\n

• Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar platforms

\n

• Software implementations or client onboarding programs

\n

• Healthcare, pharmacy benefits, insurance, financial analytics, SaaS, or another data-intensive industry

\n

• Customer retention, product adoption, account expansion, or strategic account management

\n

• Pharmacy pricing, rebate analytics, claims data, or PBM operations

\n

• Executive-level client relationship management

\n

• PMP, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), PMI-ACP, or similar certification

Work Location\n

This is a full-time, in-person position in Woodcliff Lake, New Jersey. Regular on-site attendance is an essential requirement of the role.
