Answer all incoming phone calls and connect them to the requested person or office. Remember names and locations of office personnel and agency organization routines. Answer non‑technical questions and refer other inquiries to the appropriate person or office. Use the internal case tracking system (STAC) to assist in directing inquiries. Redirect phone calls or guests to appropriate outside agencies. Sort mail, assemble case files, issue victim impact statements, and perform general clerical work. Maintain a clean, professional, and orderly lobby/reception area. Act as a point of contact for deliveries and the on‑call investigator. Minimum Training and Experience High school diploma or equivalency. Desired Skills Strong STAC database skills. Experience with Clerk database, Word, and Excel. Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
