What You'll Bring:

• Active Washington State SLP License and Teacher Certification
• Experience in pediatric speech-language pathology, with school-based or healthcare backgrounds highly valued
• Open to Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates as well as seasoned SLP-CCC professionals
• Comfort working across elementary, middle, and high school caseloads (K–12)
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Dedication to fostering student growth and success

What You'll Do:

• Provide evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment for communication disorders in students
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans, ensuring IEP goals are met
• Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and administrators to create supportive learning environments
• Maintain accurate records and progress reports in accordance with regulations
• Participate in team meetings, IEP documentation, and parent conferences as needed
• Engage in professional development and leverage support from clinical mentors
