Fire Inspector

Fire Inspector Austin, TX Loyal Source Government Services Loyal Source is seeking a skilled Fire Inspector in the Austin, TX area to support inspection, testing, and compliance activities for fire alarm and security systems. We are looking for a detail-oriented professional with a strong understanding of fire alarm systems, applicable codes, and industry best practices. Responsibilities Perform scheduled inspections, testing, and documentation of fire alarm systems. Conduct approximately 2 inspections per day . Identify deficiencies and provide detailed inspection reports and recommendations. Ensure compliance with applicable local, state, and national fire codes. Coordinate with customers and internal teams regarding inspection findings and corrective actions. Maintain accurate service records and inspection documentation. Required Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of experience performing fire alarm inspections. Valid Texas Alarm License (required). Strong knowledge of fire alarm systems, testing procedures, and code compliance requirements. Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and manage daily inspection schedules. Preferred Qualifications Fire Alarm License (FAL) highly preferred. Experience with the following manufacturers: Brivo Avigilon Bosch Eagle Eye Honeywell Watchdog Prior experience working with security systems or on security-related projects is a major plus.
