Salary Range: $190,000.00 To $250,000.00 Annually

This position is open to candidates in Zinpro's global footprint with the ability to work remotely. This role includes 25% travels, as outlined in the job requirements.

Salary Range:

The base salary listed is a range. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertain solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others). In addition to the base salary, this position is eligible for a bonus, providing the opportunity to earn additional compensation.

The Global Marketing Director is a strategic, customer-focused and forward-thinking leader who anticipates customer needs, industry trends and market opportunities to position Zinpro for long-term growth and market leadership. This role leads the development and execution of global marketing strategies that drive business growth, strengthen Zinpro’s brand leadership, accelerate commercialization efforts and create lasting value for customers. As steward of the Zinpro brand, this leader ensures a consistent, compelling global value proposition that differentiates the company, deepens customer engagement and reinforces Zinpro’s reputation as the trusted leader in performance trace mineral nutritional solutions.

This role drives organizational effectiveness through strong strategic planning, disciplined execution, data-informed decision making, and continuous improvement. The Global Marketing Director evaluates emerging technologies and evolving marketing practices to enhance business performance while ensuring marketing investments, capabilities and resources support Zinpro's growth objectives.

Essential Functions

Brand Leadership and Corporate Reputation

• Lead the development and stewardship of the Zinpro brand globally, ensuring consistent positioning, messaging and market presence across all regions and customer touchpoints.
• Strengthening Zinpro's reputation as a trusted industry leader through strategic communication, thought leadership, customer engagement, and market influence.
• Position Zinpro as an innovative thought leader by communicating insights on emerging industry trends, technology advancements, sustainability initiatives, and future-focused customer solutions.
• Lead the development and application of customer insights, segmentation strategies and market intelligence to guide business decisions, marketing investments, and innovation priorities.
• Champion customer experience across marketing touchpoints to strengthen engagement, loyalty and advocacy.
• Partner with business leaders to identify new and innovative opportunities to tell Zinpro's story and communicate its unique value proposition.
• Oversee Zinpro's global social media strategy and content ecosystem, leveraging digital channels to strengthen brand reputation, expand audience engagement, amplify thought leadership and support business growth objectives.

Strategic Growth and Innovation

• Develop and execute growth strategies that expand market opportunities, strengthen competitive positioning, and accelerate business performance.
• Collaborate with Sales, R&D, Technical Services and Business Leadership to commercialize innovation opportunities that address evolving customer needs and market trends.
• Lead strategic planning processes and ensure marketing priorities support corporate growth objectives and long-term vision.
• Conduct market assessments and leverage customer insights to identify opportunities for portfolio optimization, innovation, and market expansion.
• Anticipate future industry, customer, technology and market trends to position Zinpro for long-term growth and competitive advantage.
• Partner on global go-to-market strategies and commercialization plans for new products, services and customer solutions to accelerate adoption and business growth.
• Evaluate and champion emerging technologies like artificial intelligence, analytics capabilities and evolving marketing practices to identify opportunities that enhance customer engagement, business performance, operational efficiency and decision making.
• Foster a culture of innovation, curiosity, and continuous improvement by encouraging innovative ideas, experimentation, and learning across the marketing organization.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators that measure marketing effectiveness, brand health, customer engagement, commercial impact, and return on marketing investment.

Global Cross Functional Leadership

• L ead and inspire a global marketing team, making strategic, operational and resource decisions that support business growth and organizational success.
• Develop, coach and retain a high-performing global marketing team while building capabilities that support current and future business needs.
• Influence enterprise priorities through effective communication, business acumen, and collaborative leadership.
• Promote alignment across global, regional, and functional teams to improve execution, efficiency, and business outcomes.
• Provide strategic leadership for global employee communications, ensuring consistent messaging that connects employees to company strategy, business priorities, culture, values and organizational initiatives across all regions.
• Lead strategic planning processes that align marketing priorities, resources and initiatives with business objectives and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, animal science or related field
• Minimum 12 years of progressive experience in marketing, business strategy, commercialization, brand management, or business leadership roles.
• Demonstrated success leading global marketing organizations and driving business growth through strategic planning and execution.
• Proven experience building brands, developing growth strategies and leading innovation initiatives that deliver measurable business results.
• Experience partnering with executive leadership to develop and execute long-term business strategies.
• Strong track record of developing high-performing teams and marketing capabilities.
• Experience working across global markets and leading cross-functional collaboration in complex business environments.
• Experience developing thought leadership and reputation building programs in global markets.
• Demonstrated success leading strategic initiatives from concept through execution and delivering measurable business results.
• Experience leading organizational change, capability development, or business transformation initiatives.
• Familiarity with emerging artificial intelligence technologies and their application in marketing strategy, customer engagement, content development, market intelligence and performance optimization.

Preferred:

• Master's degree in business administration, marketing, animal science or related field
• Experience in animal nutrition, livestock production, animal health, agriculture, food production, or related industries.
• Experience leading organizations through significant transformation, growth, market expansion, or business integration initiatives.
• Experience leveraging data, analytics, marketing technology platforms, AI-enabled tools or digital marketing capabilities to improve business performance.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements

This job operates in a professional corporate office environment.

Schedule Requirements

This is a full-time position. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.

Travel Requirements

This position requires an estimated 25% travel, but it may be higher depending on business needs. Required travel for global meetings, customer visits, and other internal meetings.
