Practice Overview: Dedicated hospice and palliative care teams serving patients for 40 years. Inpatient Hospice Unit at main campus- 7 bed unit Free standing 16 bed hospice currently under construction just minutes from main campus Provide support to nursing and interdisciplinary staff by providing oversight for home hospice and in-home palliative care Full-time and part-time schedule available Service Line supported by dedicated: Physicians and Advanced Practitioners Licensed Clinical Social Workers Chaplains Working together with Nurse Practitioners like you: Board Certified FNP or AGACNP Active Georgia license or ability to obtain unrestricted license Passion for quality and patient care Experience in Palliative or Hospice Care preferred Functions well in a team environment, contributing to and supporting organizational goals and initiatives NGHS is a nationally recognized, not-for-profit health system serving more than 1 million residents across Northeast Georgia.
