Responsibilities

• • Greet all guests and employees.
  • Answer incoming calls promptly and transferring them quickly
  • Collect/Sort/Pass out/Scan incoming mail and packages
  • Keep Lobby and Waiting Room Clean/dusted/stocked

• Must be able to greet all guests and answer the phone with a warm and welcoming attitude
