Als Verkoper/verkoopster ben jij het gezicht van Fossil - gastvrij, betrokken en gepasioneerd om een uitzonderlijke winkelervaring te creëren.
Je verwelkomt onze gasten vol vertrouwen en hebt de vaardigheid om klantrelaties op te bouwen door je productkennis te delen, actief te luisteren en lifestylevragen te stellen om de behoeften van onze gasten te begrijpen. Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor je dagelijkse taken en bent gedreven om je individuele verkoop- en KPI-doelen te behalen. Samen met het team draag je bij aan een positieve winkelsfeer en het behalen van onze doelen - want bij Fossil is het Greater Together.

Gastloyaliteit bevorderen door een superieure verkoopervaring te bieden
Aanbevelingen doen door gebruik te maken van productkennis en storytelling
Eigen verantwoordelijkheid nemen voor individuele doelstellingen en KPI's
Aanpasbare en effectieve één-op-één verkoopvaardigheden
Productpresentatie en visuele merchandising ondersteunen
Bijdragen aan het succes van de winkel en een positieve teamsfeer
