Position Overview The Human Resources Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, administration, and strategic direction of the HR function. This role oversees key areas including employee relations, compliance, benefits, compensation, recruitment, and performance management— while fostering a positive, high-performing workplace culture grounded in accountability and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage all HR services, policies, and programs across the organization Oversee compliance with employment laws, regulations, and internal policies Serve as escalation point for employee relations issues and conduct investigations Guide performance management processes and organizational development efforts Oversee benefits administration and employee wellness initiatives Approve HR transactions including requisitions, background checks, and personnel actionsEnsure accuracy and compliance of personnel files and HR systems Partner with leadership to develop policies, procedures, and workforce strategies Monitor HR metrics, identify improvement opportunities, and implement solutions Support and develop HR team members to drive excellence Maintain knowledge of industry trends and ensure organizational compliance Qualifications Bachelor’ s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (preferred) 5+ years of HR management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems Ability to maintain confidentiality and uphold professional ethics What You’ ll Bring Strategic HR leadership with a hands-on approach Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Ability to influence and partner with leadership at all levels Passion for building a positive and inclusive workplace culture Benefits & Perks Competitive salary Comprehensive health benefits at reduced cost Company-paid life & long-term disability insurance Retirement plan with employer match (no vesting schedule) Generous paid time off, sick leave & 11 paid holidays Paid bereavement & jury duty leave Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Professional development opportunities Work Environment This role operates in a professional office setting with occasional exposure to sensitive or high-stress situations.
