Position Overview The Human Resources Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, administration, and strategic direction of the HR function. This role oversees key areas including employee relations, compliance, benefits, compensation, recruitment, and performance management— while fostering a positive, high-performing workplace culture grounded in accountability and continuous improvement.
