Center Supervisor

Overview BioLife Plasma Services is a subsidiary of Takeda Pharmaceutical Company Ltd. This role involves overseeing the general management of employees in production areas, ensuring quality and donor care. Responsibilities Oversee employee performance and scheduling Lead inventory control efforts and contribute to operational activities Work with donors to resolve concerns Analyze opportunities related to non-conforming events Perform tasks for Medical History, Phlebotomy, and Sample Processing areas Foster teamwork, communicate, and resolve conflicts What You Bring To Takeda High school diploma or equivalent Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and AED certification Frequent bending and reaching Ability to walk and stand for the entire shift, frequent lifting to 32 pounds and occasional lifting to 50 pounds Fine motor coordination, depth perception, and ability to monitor equipment from a distance Due to potential exposure to bloodborne pathogens, prolonged glove wear is required What Takeda Can Offer You Every day at Takeda, we feel good knowing that what we do helps improve the lives of patients with rare diseases.
