Crown Staffing is hiring Production Supervisors for a food production facility in Erlanger, KY.
Production Supervisor Job Details
Schedule : 8:00 AM until finish
Overtime: Required as needed
Pay Rate: $23.00+ per hour (based on experience)
Location : Walton, KY
Production Supervisor Requirements/Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a production, warehouse, or manufacturing environment required
  
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and production processes
  
• Understanding of USDA regulations preferred
  
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  
• Ability to analyze reports, procedures, and operational data
  
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
  
• Ability to effectively train, mentor, and motivate employees
  
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
  

• Supervising daily production activities and personnel within the facility
  
• Assigning staff and monitoring product flow throughout the operation
  
• Ensuring accurate handling of incoming and outgoing products
  
• Maintaining inventory accuracy and warehouse organization
  
• Inspecting equipment and facility conditions and coordinating repairs when needed
  
• Collaborating with management and other departments to support operational goals
  
• Participating in employee safety and plant protection activities
  
• Providing leadership, coaching, and corrective action when necessary
  
• Assisting with interviewing, hiring, training, and employee development
  
• Monitoring employee performance and supporting disciplinary processes when appropriate
  
• Recommending process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
