What to expect. The Grants Manager supports the full lifecycle of grant development and submission, from opportunity identification through post-award coordination. This role also contributes to office operations by maintaining grant-related systems, tracking funding opportunities, and ensuring accurate, timely communication across teams. Principal Responsibilities and Duties: Evaluate grant opportunities by coordinating internal review processes, identifying stakeholders and gathering feedback, and presenting recommendations to leadership. Serve as lead for capital grants. Track forecasted funding opportunities for public grants. Assist with scheduling grant launch and grant development meetings. Maintain and update grant development dashboards and status reports. Compile and organize materials required for the grant application process. Review grant documents from program and finance teams to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency. Assist with drafting program overviews, updating standard boilerplate language, and crafting budget narratives. Prepare, assemble, and submit grant packages in accordance with funder requirements. Develop and maintain master files within Sharepoint and grants management software (pre and post award). Communicate updates on grant status, budgets, and awards to relevant stakeholders. Maintain a centralized repository of standard grant attachments and resources. Manage and update access credentials for grant submission portals. Prepare documents for post-award management and support scheduling regular check‑ins with grant leads. Maintain master calendar of grant deadlines, reporting requirements, and key milestones. Coordinate grant close‑out and debrief meetings. Prepare standard and custom reports from grants management software. Provide administrative and operational support to the OSP team, including meeting coordination and communications. What you'll get from us. Pay for this position is determined on a number of factors, including but not limited to, years and level of related experience. What we need from you. Bachelor’s degree is required. Experience with public or private grants in a community behavioral health organization is strongly preferred. Basic understanding of local, state, and federal funding sources and the ability to locate potential sources for funding preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Highly proficient with learning and using a wide variety of software and online systems (Microsoft Office Suite, grants management etc.). Extremely organized and meticulous with details. Ability to maintain strict confidentiality in all communications and documentation. Excellent project management skills and ability to prioritize work and resources.
