Our focus is shaping a healthy future. We are in search of a senior leader to join our established Healthcare business on the West coast. This is a seller-doer role meaning this person is expected to be actively engaged in the market creating and deepening relationships to win work and lead project teams for healthcare clients and collaborators. You will also be expected to help develop the associated market-dedicated multidisciplinary teams to help solve our healthcare clients’ most ambitious issues. The Opportunity Establish market strategy in collaboration with the Americas Region healthcare leaderLead and participate in business development efforts that result in securing ongoing work with existing clients and opens up opportunities with new clients. Support career development for our members including mentorship and participation in promotion, appraisal, and review processes. Manage Profit/Loss across your projectsProject Directorship as the Principal in Charge of our major healthcare projects, representing the firm, establishing the technical concepts, ensuring quality delivery and quality commercial outcomesAt Arup, you belong to an extraordinary collective – in which we encourage individuality to thrive. Options for alternative schedules and the ability to work outside of the office for a portion of your workweek are available Hiring Range - The good faith base salary hiring range for this job if performed in Los Angeles is $270,000 to $320,000 per year. This range is commensurate with experience, educational background, and skill level. Benefits are not included in the base salary.
