Home Care Aide (HCA/HHA)

Employment type: Role Overview Deliver personal care and homemaker services per the care plan to promote safety, comfort, and independence in the home. Key Responsibilities Assist with personal care (bathing, oral hygiene, dressing), toileting, and safe mobility. Provide medication reminders, light housekeeping, and basic meal prep. Observe and promptly report changes in condition or environment risks. Accurately record visit tasks and time in the mobile app. Qualifications HS diploma/GED preferred; CNA/HHA training preferred. Reliable transportation and ability to pass background screening. Respectful, patient, and service‑oriented demeanor.
