Learning Lead/Sr. Instructional Designer

Leading the design, development, and delivery of a high-impact training program, the part-time Learning Lead/Sr. Instructional Designer will create engaging learning experiences for a critical enterprise pricing application while collaborating with leadership to enhance overall learning capabilities in a hybrid work environment. Key responsibilities Lead the end-to-end design and delivery of training for a high-value enterprise pricing application Partner with business leaders to assess training needs and recommend effective learning strategies Evaluate existing training materials to identify areas for improvement and enhance learner experience Required qualifications 15+ years of experience in instructional design and training delivery Proven ability to design learning solutions for complex systems and business process transformations Strong expertise in adult learning principles and blended learning strategies Experience facilitating training for diverse stakeholder groups Background in change management and user adoption through training initiatives
