Work Schedule :

Ally designates roles as (1) fully on-site, (2) hybrid, or (3) fully remote. Hybrid roles are generally expected to be in the office a certain number of days per week as indicated by your manager. Your hiring manager will discuss this role's specific work requirements with you during the hiring process. Lead an end of assignment presentation

The Details Internship Program Timing: May 25th – July 30th, 2027

40 hours each week with a mix of in-office and remote working days

Project-based work

Market competitive hourly compensation and a sign-on bonus, as well as financial housing assistance for those who qualify

Successful interns will have the opportunity to return to Ally in an Early Talent Program or full-time role, or to a second internship, depending upon graduation timing.

User Experience

- As a User Experience Intern for Ally's Auto consumer and Dealer teams, you'll blend research, content strategy, and human centered design to create best in class digital experiences for our customers and dealers. This role sits at the intersection of creative problem solving and financial innovation, where your ideas directly support the needs of the business and drive reach change for the people it serves. The Qualifications We’re Looking For

Rising Junior or Senior (during the time of internship) in a full-time undergraduate program. Major/Course of Study: Business, Finance, or related field preferred. Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills. Demonstrates Analytical Thinking, Collaboration, Learning Agility. Available for the full duration of the internship program. Eligible to work in the US for any employer without sponsorship from the company now or in the future.

Base Pay Range $25.00 - $29.00 An individual's position in the range is determined by the specific role, the scope and responsibilities of the role, work experience, education, certification(s), training, and additional qualifications. We review internal pay, the competitive market, and business environment prior to extending an offer.

Incentive Compensation: This position is eligible to participate in our annual incentive plan.
