You'll own critical components of the product vision and roadmap, shaping direction from discovery through delivery at enterprise scale. You'll partner across business, data, and engineering to maximize revenue capture, improve speed and efficiency, strengthen pricing quality and governance, and protect realized value. You'll use metrics and stakeholder insights to prioritize what matters most and deliver measurable impact. If you enjoy turning complex pricing and analytics problems into clear product decisions, this role is for you.As a Product Manager on the AI Pricing and Strategy team within Global Payments, you will own key components of the product vision and roadmap, setting direction from discovery through delivery to improve how pricing decisions are informed, governed, and executed. You will work hands-on with partners across business, data, and engineering to apply AI and analytics to pricing workflows and to balance time, cost, and quality outcomes across the product life cycle.Job ResponsibilitiesPartner in developing strategy to safely deploy AI within core payments businessesApply data-driven problem solving to shape product roadmaps and deliver impactful solutionsIdentify opportunities where data and AI can improve the payments pricing experience for clientsResearch industry trends across payments, AI models and tools, and product delivery best practicesAnalyze, track, and evaluate product metrics while balancing time, cost, and quality targetsCollaborate with engineering to define product requirements, epics, and user storiesBuild strong stakeholder relationships that drive alignment and clarity on product direction and analytics strategyRequired Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills5+ years of experience (or equivalent expertise) in product management or a relevant domain areaAdvanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analyticsDemonstrated ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value managementStrong understanding of analytics methodologies and technologiesDemonstrated data-driven problem-solving skillsStrong communication and collaboration skills to drive stakeholder alignment and team executionProven ability to work independently, take ownership of deliverables, and deliver high-quality resultsPreferred Qualifications, Capabilities and SkillsMaster's degree in data science, mathematics, business, or a related technical fieldExperience working within a highly matrixed, complex organizationProficiency in SQL, Python, or RExperience with analytics and business intelligence tools (for example, Tableau, Power BI, or similar)Experience in financial services with understanding of industry challenges and opportunities
