Network-wide interpretation of on-site imaging and IR procedures in outpatient settings

Rhino Medical is leading the charge seeking a diagnostic radiologist for an ongoing locum tenens role supporting multiple outpatient imaging sites in Florence, South Carolina. This position involves interpreting network-wide studies and procedures within a modern facility utilizing Sectra PACS and PowerScribe Voice Recognition technology.

Opportunity Highlights

• Location: Florence, South Carolina
• Employment Type: Locum Tenens
• Setting: Outpatient imaging and IR procedures
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. or 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.; weekend day shifts available, 7 a.m. to 4 p.m.
• Coverage: Ongoing until permanent hires are made
• Credentialing: SC license or FCVS verification required, cross-credentialing across all sites including Black River, Mariongeneral, and Light IR

Clinical Scope

• Interpretation of network-wide imaging studies and procedures
• On-site procedures including arteriograms, CT-fluoro biopsies, ablations, embolizations, kyphoplasty, gastro placements, pleurx catheter insertions, nephrostomy tubes, port and catheter placements, dialysis graft declots, biliary drainages, lumbar punctures, myelograms, arthrograms, fluoroscopy BE-UGI, barium swallows, modified barium swallows, ultrasound-guided biopsies, thoracentesis, paracentesis, and galactograms
• Use of Sectra PACS and PowerScribe Voice Recognition for interpretation and documentation

Requirements

• Active South Carolina medical license or FCVS verification
• MD degree
• No minimum years of experience required
• Must possess or be able to cross credential for all locations to read network-wide studies
