Growth Marketing Manager

Piper Companies is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to support a high-growth client in the B2B SaaS industry in Austin, TX. The Growth Marketing Manager role requires a hybrid schedule, working onsite Monday through Thursday with a flexible work schedule. The Growth Marketing Manager role is ideal for a data-driven marketer with strong experience launching ABM strategies and partnering closely with sales teams to drive measurable pipeline growth. Responsibilities of the Growth Marketing Manager include: Develop and implement an account-based marketing (ABM) program from inception, targeting key accounts aligned to revenue objectives Collaborate with BDR leadership to create coordinated inbound and outbound campaigns that drive engagement and meetings Oversee and execute integrated, multi-channel marketing initiatives including email, digital advertising, events, and outbound programs Track and analyze funnel progression across lead, opportunity, and pipeline stages, optimizing performance based on conversion metrics Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align messaging, campaign execution, and pipeline goals Requirements of the Growth Marketing Manager include: 4+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing with hands‑on ABM exposure Experience launching or introducing ABM strategies within an organization strongly preferred Demonstrated success generating pipeline, including quantifiable contributions to revenue (e.g., % of pipeline influenced per quarter) Strong understanding of full-funnel marketing concepts, including inbound and outbound strategies and lead lifecycle stages Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns and channels in a fast-paced environment Compensation for the Growth Marketing Manager include: $110,000 – $150,000 annually Full Comprehensive Benefits: Health, Vision, Dental, PTO, Paid Holiday and Sick Leave if Required by Law Hybrid work schedule (Monday – Thursday onsite) This job opens for applications on 07/10/2026.
