This role is ideal for an early childhood educator who enjoys creating a structured, nurturing, and engaging environment that supports toddlers as they grow in independence, communication, and social skills. Our center uses a consistent, play-based approach that helps children feel secure while exploring and learning through daily routines and hands‑on experiences. Key Responsibilities Lead a 2-year-old classroom in a safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate setting Implement The Learning Experience L.E.A.P.
