Parts and Accessories Sales Associate - RideNow Georgetown

We are seeking an outgoing and highly motivated Parts and Accessories Sales Associate ! If you have the confidence to sell, love the idea of making unlimited commission selling stuff you love, are a customer service Rockstar, and live to ride, this opportunity may be perfect for you!

Responsibilities:

• Work with customers and technicians to identify required parts.
• Sell fun stuff (a.k.a. parts and accessories) to help customers with their personal builds and or maintenance on their units (a portion of your income is commission on your sales)
• Look up records and enter customer information.
• Answer calls and provide exceptional customer service over the phone.
• Keep track of special orders and call customers when items have arrived.
• Provide estimates for parts customers require.
• Make sure all displays are organized.
• Ensure customers are satisfied with all orders and items received.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of powersports dealership experience desired.
• Retail sales experience required.
• Familiar with stocking and organizing parts inventory.
• Experience with point-of-sale & computerized inventory systems and the ability to quickly learn new software systems.
• Experience utilizing dealer management tools, such as CDK, Lightspeed, etc.
• Must have cashier experience utilizing POS and or any other systems required to complete sales
• Must have topnotch organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to remain customer focused and respond in a positive manner when faced with difficult or stressful situations.
• Exceptional communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to desire to learn about our products and parts.
• Friendly, outgoing personality with a can-do attitude!
