Construction Project Executive

Job Description AECOM Tishman, a leader in managing the construction of some of the world’s most iconic buildings, is looking to add a Construction Project Executive – Healthcare to our healthcare division in Boston, MA. This senior leadership role requires a professional with a strong track record of selling, developing, and successfully delivering complex healthcare facilities, including hospitals, ambulatory care centers, medical office buildings, and related clinical environments. Complete accountability and direction for entire project, from pre‑construction phase to completion and serve as the primary liaison between AECOM and client interface. Accountable for all facets of the project, ensuring construction is in accordance with design, budget and schedule. Overall responsibility and management of project including but not limited to pre‑construction budgeting/schedule stage, procurement, through contract close‑out. Primary fiscal responsibility and key liaison between client for assigned project. Qualifications Minimum Requirements: BA/BS in Engineering, Construction Management or similar curriculum and 12 years of experience in construction or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education, including 4 years of leadership. Experience in healthcare, hospital, ambulatory care construction sectors. Preferred Qualifications: Demonstrated experience in the field of hospital, medical, ambulatory care construction projects. Experience in commercial construction business development in the related field. Experience from a large general contractor on projects of all sizes up to 100MM. Prior experience developing teams for the successful completion of construction projects including preconstruction, scheduling, sequencing through close‑out. Demonstrated experience selling and delivering healthcare construction projects. Strong relationships within the Boston/New England healthcare construction market. Compensation and Location Compensation range: $187,306.47 – $346,516.98 per year. Location: Boston, MA. Work Model: On‑Site.
