Job Description Apply paint, varnish, stain, etc. to interior and exterior surfaces with brushes, rollers, and/or sprayers. Properly prepare surfaces prior to application of finish including but not limited to sanding, filling holes, and cleaning. Maintain all paints and painting supplies. Perform preventative maintenance as needed. Other duties as assigned by management. Qualifications igh school diploma preferred. Three (3) years of previous paint and paperhanging experience preferred. Must have hand and finger dexterity necessary to accomplish duties. Must be able to stand for extended periods of time during a shift. Other physical requirements include but are not limited to grasping, reaching, climbing, kneeling, bending, and twisting. Must possess knowledge of necessary equipment and the appropriate safety standards. Knowledge of all necessary hand tools and painting equipment. Must be able to match paint and wallpaper colors. Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary certifications and/or licenses.
