Schedule

Night shift, 4x12-hour (19:00 - 07:00). Every other weekend required.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team. This position requires BLS and NIHSS certifications, as well as a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience. The RN will be responsible for direct patient care within the telemetry unit, caring for patients with a variety of needs, including those recovering from strokes and post-surgical cases.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients.
• Administer medications and monitor patient vitals.
• Perform necessary medical procedures and assessments.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Utilize EPIC charting system for accurate documentation.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience required.
• BLS and NIHSS certifications required.
• Experience with telemetry and general medical-surgical nursing.
• Valid state RN license.
