A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available Opportunity: Electrophysiology Technologist - EP Tech Radiology Cardiology Job Details: • Work 3x12 day shifts (7:00 AM - 7:30 PM) or 4x10 day shifts (7:00 AM - 5:30 PM) • Provide 2 days of late case coverage per week • No on-call or weekend requirements • No floating requirement • 1 year EP Lab clinical experience required • Unit accepts first-time travelers with required EP experience • Travel experience required • Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, CCI RCES/RCIS • Preferred certifications: ARRT, Fluoro permit • DC license required in hand at time of submission • Work with Cerner charting system and GE Cardiolab • Scrubs provided by facility • Average daily caseload of 18 procedures • Handle cardiac electrophysiology studies, cardioversion, ablations, and device implants • Experience required with Philips/Siemens X-ray machines and GE Micropacer • Must be proficient in hemodynamic monitoring and ablations • EKG experience required for inpatient/outpatient settings • Work in 5-room EP lab facility • Must complete facility-specific modules within one week of contract signing • 20 hours of orientation provided • Must pass Relias EKG Rhythm Interpretation Exam with 80% overall score Facility: This short-term acute care teaching hospital is recognized as one of the top 50 heart and vascular centers in the country.
