Employee Health Nurse

Central Carolina Hospital seeks an Employee Health Nurse to support the health and safety of hospital staff. This role conducts pre-employment and ongoing health screenings, immunizations, and TB testing; manages employee exposure incidents and return-to-work evaluations; and supports workers’ compensation and case management. The nurse provides health education, promotes infection prevention, maintains accurate employee health records, and collaborates with leadership to ensure compliance with regulatory standards while fostering a safe, healthy work environment for all employees.
