Digital Marketing Manager

This role is located in Granite City, IL Position Summary We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute digital marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, website traffic, lead generation, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate combines creativity with data‑driven decision‑making and has experience managing digital campaigns across multiple channels, including paid advertising, search engine optimization (SEO), email marketing, content marketing, and social media. This role is responsible for developing strategies, optimizing campaign performance, and delivering measurable marketing results. Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals. Plan and execute multi‑channel marketing campaigns across search, social media, display advertising, email, and content marketing. Manage campaign budgets and maximize return on investment (ROI). Identify opportunities to increase lead generation, customer engagement, and conversion rates. Paid Advertising & SEO Create, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns through Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms. Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve search rankings and organic traffic. Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and ongoing optimization efforts. Monitor and improve website performance and user experience. Content & Email Marketing Create and oversee content for websites, blogs, landing pages, email campaigns, and social media channels. Manage email marketing campaigns, audience segmentation, and automation workflows. Collaborate with designers, content creators, and internal stakeholders to produce engaging marketing assets. Analytics & Reporting Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics, advertising platforms, and reporting tools. Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), including traffic, leads, conversions, CPA, and ROAS. Conduct A/B testing and conversion rate optimization initiatives. Provide regular performance reports and strategic recommendations. Work closely with sales and leadership teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives. Stay current on emerging digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices. Identify opportunities to improve marketing processes, automation, and campaign performance. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of digital marketing experience. Experience managing paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and social media platforms. Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, and social media marketing. Experience with Google Analytics and marketing reporting tools. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Preferred Experience with marketing automation platforms. Experience with CRM systems and lead management processes. Content marketing and copywriting experience. Basic graphic design or video editing skills. Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO) and A/B testing. Experience managing marketing budgets and reporting ROI.
