Affirmed Home Care is seeking experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our exceptional clinical team throughout Fairfield County, CT. About the Role

As an Affirmed LPN, you'll provide one-on-one skilled nursing care to medically complex clients in the comfort of their homes. Unlike facility-based settings, you'll have the ability to focus entirely on your patient while delivering personalized, compassionate care that makes a lasting impact.

We offer flexible scheduling, 8-12 hour shifts and a variety of day, overnight, and weekend opportunities to fit your availability .

Qualifications

• Active Connecticut LPN license
• Minimum 1 year of recent nursing experience (acute care or home care preferred but open to other experiences as well)
• Current BLS certification
• Valid driver's license
• Eligibility to work in the United States

Pre-Employment Requirements

• Physical exam within the last 12 months
• PPD or QuantiFERON within 1 year, or chest X-ray within 5 years
