What You Will Be Doing:

\n

\n
• Supporting the secure, accurate movement of cash and assets on a fast-paced operations team. You'll help protect clients and the business by reviewing and processing transactions such as wires, ACH, check disbursements, and deposits—making sound, risk-based decisions while supporting service excellence. You'll also research and resolve moderately complex escalations, collaborate with internal partners, and contribute to process improvements in a deadline-driven environment.

Role Logistics:

• 6-month contract
\n
• Hybrid — onsite 3 days per week
\n
• Start date: September 22, 2026
\n
• Pay rate: $21–$23/hr
\n

Qualifications:

\n

\n
• Bachelor's degree preferred (open to recent college grads with the right skill set)
\n
• Cash movement processing knowledge (wires, ACH, check disbursements/deposits) with a quality/risk mindset
\n
• Strong verbal and written communication
\n
• Excellent time-management and ability to meet strict deadlines
\n
• High attention to detail and sound judgment handling sensitive financial data
\n
• Microsoft Office proficiency (including Excel)
\n
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks across several applications while following established procedures
\n
• Preferred: data analysis skills; brokerage industry knowledge (1–2 years); knowledge of investment vehicles (mutual funds, fixed income, options, stocks, variable annuities); familiarity with Documentum, BETA, Visio, Adobe, or Siebel; background in tax, banking/credit unions, or operations; prior customer service; understanding of direct processing
