General DentistGuilford, Connecticut, United StatesThis position is flexible to full-time (Monday - Thursday) or part-time (2 days minimum)Our Practice:Shoreline Dental Associates652 Boston Post Rd Suite 12, Guilford, CT 06437Responsibilities:Clinical Leadership: Spearhead clinical diagnosis and patient treatment, striving to deliver optimal dental care and an unparalleled patient experience.Collaborative Partnership: Collaborate as needed with non-clinical teams, including Talent, Finance, HR, and IT to optimize the overall operation of the dental practice.Patient-Centric Approach: Foster an environment where patients eagerly anticipate dental visits by prioritizing their needs and enhancing their overall experience.Qualifications:DMD or DDS degree from an accredited university, accompanied by an active state license in good standing.At least 2-3 years of clinical experience post-residency, preferred.
