What You'll Do:

• Provide anesthesia care across a wide range of surgical and procedural areas, including trauma, neuro, spine, cardiac, thoracic, vascular, OB/GYN, pediatrics, plastics, ortho, and robotics.
• Work collaboratively with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and specialty clinicians to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes.
• Administer varies types of anesthesia such as GETA, MAC, regional, spinal, and US-guided techniques.
• Operate in a model of Medically Directed anesthesia with a maximum of 1:4 provider-to-patient ratio.
• Be part of a dedicated team working three 12-hour night shifts per week: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, from 7 PM to 7 AM.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) board certification.
• Active PA license.
• Valid ACLS and PALS certifications.
• Minimum of 2 years of anesthesia experience preferred.
• Proficiency in GETA, MAC, regional, spinal, and US techniques.

Nice to Have:

• Experience working in a Level I Trauma center.
• Exposure to complex and diverse patient populations.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Graduate of an accredited nurse anesthesia program.
• Previous experience in hospital-based anesthesia care, especially in trauma or complex surgical settings.

Other Requirements:

• Credentialing expected within 90 days (expedited options available with leadership approval).
• No DEA registration required.
• Travel and licensure reimbursements provided as applicable.
• Must adhere to all hospital policies and safety protocols.

Compensation for this position is highly competitive at $229.11 per hour, complemented by weekly pay via direct deposit, comprehensive medical benefits, paid sick time, and an attractive referral bonus program.
