Senior Key Account Manager

LADMAR x adidas | Caribbean & Central America | WholesalePurposeDrive sustainable growth across key wholesale partners by translating commercial strategy into marketplace execution. This role builds strong customer partnerships, identifies growth opportunities, and helps deliver the adidas brand experience across the Caribbean and Central America.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute strategic account plans aligned with business objectives.Lead seasonal planning, sell-in, and assortment strategies with distributors and wholesale partners.Identify growth opportunities through market, consumer, and business insights.Monitor performance and drive data-based recommendations to improve revenue and profitability.Build trusted relationships with customers and cross-functional stakeholders.Collaborate across Brand, Marketing, Finance, Merchandising, and Operations teams to deliver business results.Drive continuous improvement and contribute innovative solutions to marketplace challenges.What You'll BringStrong experience in Key Account Management, Sales, Trade Marketing, or a related commercial function.Proven success managing wholesale accounts, distributors, or strategic partnerships.Strategic mindset with strong analytical and financial acumen.Ability to influence and communicate effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders.Professional proficiency in English.Availability to travel across the Caribbean and Central America.PreferredExperience in sporting goods, fashion, lifestyle, retail, or consumer goods industries.Multi-country account management experience.Knowledge of sell-through analytics and business intelligence tools.Diversity, Equity & InclusionAt LADMAR and adidas, we are committed to creating an inclusive workplace where everyone feels respected, valued, and empowered to succeed.
