$1357.82/week - Job Summary: Seeking an experienced Medical Laboratory Technologist (MLT/Clinical Lab Scientist) to perform complex laboratory testing, ensuring accurate and timely results. The role requires adherence to quality standards and efficient workflow management. Responsibilities: Perform a wide range of microbiological, hematological, chemical, and immunological tests. Analyze and interpret lab results, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards. Maintain and troubleshoot laboratory equipment to ensure optimal performance. Document test results and laboratory activities in accordance with hospital protocols. Follow safety procedures and quality control measures to maintain a safe working environment. Collaborate with laboratory team members and healthcare providers to support diagnosis and treatment. Qualifications: Valid Washington state license or proof of license application submission. Minimum 1 year of laboratory processing experience. Strong knowledge of laboratory protocols and technical procedures. Proficiency in using Epic EMR system. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. Relevant certification as required by CLIA regulations and facility standards.
