Required Skills:

Valid RN License in the state of practice
Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, with ICU exposure
Proficiency with EPIC documentation system
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications from the American Heart Association
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking abilities
Ability to effectively delegate and coordinate within a multidisciplinary team
Competence in using healthcare software and electronic health records

Nice to Have Skills:

Certification in a clinical specialty area (e.g., Critical Care Nursing Certification)
Experience with hospital leadership or mentoring roles
Additional training in advanced patient monitoring or airway management

Preferred Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
At least 2 years of ICU experience in a fast-paced hospital setting
Familiarity with NIH certification and other specialty credentials

Other Requirements:

Availability to work the Night Shift 12 Hour schedule starting 05/18/2026
Willingness to work in high-pressure environments with exposure to blood, body fluids, and potentially communicable diseases
Meeting physical demands, including lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods
Compliance with hospital safety protocols and infection control standards
Travel and licensure reimbursement eligible when applicable
