Clinical Development Manager (Vascular) Kansas City or St. Louis

Merit Medical seeks a Clinical Development Manager for vascular products in Kansas City or St. Louis. The role involves delivering clinical training to sales, technical, and clinical staff, managing product trials, and providing on-site customer support approximately half the time.

Responsibilities

• Deliver clinical training on Merit products to sales, technical, and clinical staff
• Organize and oversee on-site or remote clinical aspects of product trials and conversions
• Serve as primary clinical resource for assigned products and regional teams
• Conduct on-site training and in-servicing at customer locations approximately 50% of the time
• Address clinical inquiries from physicians, technicians, sales representatives, and other stakeholders

Requirements

• Clinical degree (RT, RN, PA, or RCIS) or equivalent business experience
• Three years of direct experience supporting interventional or vascular procedures
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency with spreadsheets, word processing, and database software
• Ability to analyze feedback and develop improvement strategies
• Problem-solving and analytical capabilities
