- Handle service documentation, repair orders, and loaner agreements
- Keep the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming
- Ensure a comfortable waiting experience for customers
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting
- Tech-savvy (experience with CDK or dealership systems is a plus)
- Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Automotive knowledge is a plus, but not required
- Busy dealership setting with high customer interaction
- Front desk role requiring both sitting and standing
