We're looking for a Lead Licensed Veterinary Technician who is ready to take the next step in their career and is passionate about leadership, training, and helping teams improve workflows. Poulsbo Animal Clinic is a general practice clinic that also handles urgent care cases and performs a variety of orthopedic surgeries , offering plenty of opportunities to expand your skills and make a meaningful impact. As part of a recent leadership transition, we're implementing thoughtful improvements to scheduling and streamlining workflows to create a more efficient, supportive, and well-balanced work environment.

Full-time benefits and compensation**:
- Compensation : $33-38 per hour, for each hour worked*
- Bonus package : $2000
- CE allowance : up to $1,000 annually based on tenure

Minimum qualifications and skill set:
- 3+ years of veterinary technician experience
- Active and good-standing Licensed V eterinary Technician (LVT) in the state of WA **
- Experience training new team members
- Improving workflows and implementing SOPs
- Proficiency in the following skills:
- Surgical assistance and anesthesia monitoring
- Dental prophy and x-ray
- Advanced client education
- In-house patient care
