An established, high-volume, growing multi-franchise Automotive Dealership Group in North Central Ohio is seeking an experienced Business Development Center (BDC) Manager to lead our customer engagement efforts.

If you have a proven history of generating appointments, developing customer relationships, and producing measurable results, we'd like to speak with you.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop the Business Development Center while driving appointment and sales performance.
• Respond to internet, phone, text, and chat inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Coach and motivate team members to achieve appointment, show, and sold goals.
• Monitor CRM activity and ensure consistent follow-up processes.
• Work closely with dealership leadership to maximize lead conversion and customer satisfaction.
• Track and improve key performance metrics.

• Previous automotive dealership BDC experience required.
• BDC management experience may not be required for exceptional candidates.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Experience using dealership CRM software.
• Self-motivated with a proven history of producing results.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
