Specialty Representative/ Senior Specialty Representative - Bone Health - Tucson W, AZ (Overlay)

Amgen seeks a Specialty or Senior Specialty Representative for a bone health sales territory covering Tucson, Phoenix, and surrounding Arizona cities. The role involves promoting Amgen's products to medical professionals, managing customer relationships, and driving territory sales through clinical education and account management.

Responsibilities

• Deliver clinical product knowledge and benefits to medical professionals to drive appropriate product utilization
• Achieve territory sales targets through in-person and virtual engagement, medical education programs, and branded messaging
• Develop and manage customer accounts, customize discussions based on needs, ensure product access, and resolve reimbursement issues
• Analyze territory performance, provide marketing strategy feedback, and develop territory plans with District Manager
• Build and maintain relationships with colleagues to share best practices and support team growth

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, or Associate's degree with 4 years sales experience, or High school diploma with 6 years sales experience
• For Senior level: Bachelor's with 3 years sales/clinical healthcare experience, or Associate's with 6 years, or High school with 8 years
• Pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, or healthcare industry sales experience preferred
• Product sales experience in oncology, cardiology, inflammation, bone health, or related specialties preferred
• Advanced relationship-building and influencing skills focused on sales outcomes
• Strong knowledge of payer environment and reimbursement processes
• Local market knowledge of Arizona territory preferred

Compensation: $89,880-$121,602 base
