Quality Manager Position
Ready to lead a top quality department? Twin City Staffing is hiring a quality manager for a premier facility in Blaine! Enjoy a four-day workweek, profit sharing, and exceptional direct hire benefits. If you have advanced GD&T skills, apply today! Location: Blaine, MN Wage: $95,000 – $110,000/yr. (Depending on experience) Hours: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM | Monday – Thursday (Overtime available on Fridays) Position Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire

Duties of the quality manager:
- Manage incoming, set-up, in-process, and final inspections
- Program and complete CMM and First Article Inspections (FAI)
- Lead change management, MRB programs, and cost reduction
- Maintain detailed shipment documentation and lot traceability
- Monitor process capability and manage SPC charts
Requirements of the quality manager:
- 4-year technical degree or equivalent professional experience
- Advanced GD&T and mechanical print reading skills
- Experience working in ISO9001, AS9102, or similar setups
- Skill in performing and interpreting GR&R studies
